Focusing on Medical Devices—Five High-Quality Medical Assets Sincerely Invites Capital Cooperation and Matchmaking!

Medical devices are a crucial pillar of the biopharmaceutical industry and one of the most intensive tracks for technology transfer. Unlike innovative drugs, which often have a decade-long R&D cycle, device products iterate faster, clinical validation paths are clearer, and commercialization scale-ups are more predictable—this means high-quality assets maintain high trading activity in the primary market and M&A transactions.

This issue compiles five high-quality medical device assets, covering five major areas: prostate cancer early screening and precision puncture platforms, precision micro-motors and optical machine modules, continuous diabetes monitoring and closed-loop insulin pump systems, blood perfusion devices and blood purification materials, and pulmonary isolation surgical visualization systems.

The asset stage covers listed products, registered licenses, multi-center clinical validation, and the early stages of large-scale scaling, offering open connections to biopharmaceutical investment institutions, multinational device companies, industry M&A partners, and overseas BD teams.

The following are the asset details for this issue:

1. The integrated platform project for prostate cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation

focuses on prostate cancer, targeting those with insufficient screening coverage and high false positives for single PSA indicators, Issues such as weak primary puncture capacity and postoperative follow-up fault gaps have been addressed, and a full-process specialized disease management platform has been established: “regional screening + risk stratification + precision puncture + treatment referral + rehabilitation follow-up.” The system already features screening and archiving, intelligent consultation, risk prediction, two-way referral, follow-up management, data aggregation, and quality control reporting functions; The core product under development is a prostate precision puncture image processing system that does not rely on MRI. It uses ultrasound, shear wave/elastography, PSAD, and clinical indicators for 3D reconstruction, lesion identification, and virtual targeted pathway planning. It is planned to be registered as a Class II medical device, making it more suitable for county hospitals and primary care scenarios with limited MRI resources.
The platform has established a foundation for real-world verification, with over 45,000 screenings conducted in total. Among the 30,000 screening sessions completed with top top-tier hospitals and community systems, the PSA anomaly rate was about 12%, the puncture-positive rate after risk model screening was about 62%, and the surgery rate for confirmed patients was about 70%. The project has upgraded from a single screening service to the construction of a district-level standardized puncture center, providing specialized disease databases, scientific research data management, and MDT collaboration to tertiary hospitals; equipment configuration, collection standards, puncture assistance, remote review, and training quality control to district and county hospitals; and providing screening mobilization, risk stratification, referral follow-up, and operational cockpits for community and government projects. The existing product matrix also includes hematologic analysis software for Class II syndromes, as well as TCM food homology products and VR sports rehabilitation systems for post-diagnosis management.
The business model consists of regional project cash flow, high gross margin of registered software, and collaborative income from the industry chain. Revenue sources include government and hospital technical services, platform deployment, equipment and consumables, case-based diagnosis and treatment planning, scientific research data services, and patient rehabilitation management. Despite an initial R&D investment of less than 1 million yuan, the company has achieved approximately 5.32 million yuan in revenue through 8 contracts, holds 8 invention patents, and multiple software achievements. Estimated revenues for 2026-2029 are 6 million to 8 million yuan, 12 million to 18 million yuan, 30 million to 40 million yuan, and above 50 million yuan respectively. Our clients include the National Health Commission, top-tier and district/county hospitals, community health centers, physical examination institutions, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and research institutions.
This round plans to raise 10 million yuan for regional replication, vertical large model and multimodal algorithm R&D, Class II medical device registration, clinical data governance, and operations team building. The team is composed of commercial operations, medical imaging AI, urology clinical resources, and integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and has established capabilities in hospital delivery, algorithm development, registration and transformation, and government project operations. It is expected that key district-level benchmark projects will be completed by 2026, replicated in more districts and counties in 2027, and certified for precision puncture software and launched large-scale in-hospital procurement in 2028.

2. Precision Micro Motors and Opto-Mechanical Module Platform

Project Focusing on precision micro motors, motion control, and opto-mechanical modules, its core value lies in transferring the proven high-precision drive capabilities of consumer electronics to the medical device field, forming a foundational component platform for medical technology. The company has long focused on voice coil motors, piezoelectric ceramic motors, OIS/AF, stabilization modules, liquid lenses, and periscope systems, possessing complete capabilities from design introduction and prototype validation to mass production, and has formed a strong intellectual property barrier. Currently, the company holds 126 patents, including 74 invention patents, of which 40 invention patents have been granted; At the product level, we have mass-produced or advanced a variety of precision components such as spring-type OIS, Piezo IRIS, periscope motors, Piezo OIS, optical AF motors, and modular micro-gimbals. For the medical device industry, the significance of such upstream capabilities lies in the fact that miniaturized, highly stable, and highly consistent micro-driver units often directly determine the sensitivity, portability, and product upgrade potential of end devices.
What deserves more attention for the project is its Design-In capabilities in medical settings, rather than the sales of individual components. The materials clearly list neonatal incubators, CT auxiliary devices, insulin pumps, hemodialysis machines, gene amplification instruments, needle-free injection delivery systems, and biochemical analyzers as application directions, indicating that the platform is extending from standard industrial devices to core medical custom components. The company has 3 R&D centers, 2 production bases, and 5 marketing centers, capable of undertaking the entire process for medical device manufacturers from initial definition, joint development, to subsequent mass supply.
For medical device companies, the value of such platforms is not just about purchasing a part, but about obtaining sustainable, iterated precision execution solutions; For investors, this corresponds to a business model of “key components entering terminal devices and forming long-term supply.” Once more implementation validation is completed on the medical device side, the platform has the opportunity to become an irreplaceable core upstream capability provider for domestic high-end equipment.
Against the backdrop of continuous upgrades in domestic high-end medical equipment, the number of suppliers who can simultaneously provide component performance, rapid response, and mass production stability remains limited. If the platform further completes more medical terminal project targetings, its value will be reflected not only in manufacturing capability but also in long-term stickiness once it enters the core position of equipment architecture.

3. Diabetes Continuous Monitoring and Insulin Pump Platform

Project Focusing on the trend of diabetes management upgrading from single-point detection to continuous monitoring, precise medication, and remote data management, a product matrix covering CGM, patch-mounted insulin pumps, blood glucose meters, and cloud management systems has been established, targeting the hospital’s endocrinology department, diabetes specialists, primary chronic disease management institutions, and family patients. The platform has already established a relatively complete commercial foundation: continuous glucose monitoring products have been launched in China, with sensors operating for up to 15 days, MARD of 8.66%, supporting high and low blood glucose alerts, trend analysis, and AGP report output; The patch-type insulin pump system can deliver medication continuously for 3 days, adopts a catheterless design, supports basal rate, mealtime dose, extended high dose, and built-in glucose monitoring compatibility, and is suitable for patients receiving intensive insulin therapy; Blood glucose meter products cover basic monitoring, Bluetooth connectivity, and a combination of blood sugar/ketone/uric acid scenarios; It is also equipped with a cloud-based diabetes data management platform, supporting patient device uploads and doctor-side remote viewing and compliance analysis.
On the technical side, the platform’s core competitiveness lies not in single hardware but in the “monitoring + administration + data” closed loop: CGM provides continuous data, insulin pumps handle personalized treatmentsThe cloud platform enhances physician management efficiency and patient retention, thereby increasing repurchase and consumable revenue. The commercialization path is also clear: pump bodies, PDAs, sensors, reservoirs, infusion components, and test strips together form a single-device sales plus ongoing consumables revenue model. The customer base includes type 1 diabetes patients requiring refined management, type 2 diabetes patients requiring intensive insulin therapy, and medical institutions promoting out-of-hospital follow-up. The company has completed a multi-regional international layout, with products entering the European, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Latin American markets, and establishing regional entities in Germany, Hong Kong, and other locations.
Externally, this is a diabetes management device platform that already has a multi-product launch foundation, a global sales starting point, and sustained cash flow for consumables. In terms of client structure, in-hospital clients mainly include endocrinology departments, diabetes centers, and chronic disease management clinics, while off-hospital clients include patients and caregivers who require long-term monitoring and pump management; From the revenue structure perspective, CGM sensors, dressing pump consumables, and test strips have the attributes of repeated procurement, while cloud platforms enhance doctor-end stickiness and patient sustained usage. Multi-product collaboration enables the platform to have both hardware shipment capabilities and continuous consumables and data service undertakings, closer to the business model of long-term managed device enterprises.

4. Blood perfusion devices and blood purification material platforms

The project focuses on domestic substitution and high-end upgrading of blood purification consumables, with a core platform-based medical device asset built around blood perfusion devices and underlying adsorption materials. The technology originates from the national “13th Five-Year Plan” major project “Development of highly selective adsorbents and devices for whole blood perfusion,” forming a complete chain from resin material design and adsorption performance optimization to device conversion and registration. Currently, the fastest progression is blood irrigation for kidney diseaseThe flow device has obtained Class III medical device registration certificates and can simultaneously remove medium and large molecule toxins as well as protein-binding toxins, demonstrating strong specificity in β2-microglobulin and protein-binding toxin indicators; Compared to similar products, its primary cross-linked resin raw materials have advantages in manufacturing costs and potential toxicity control. Another key focus of the platform is the blood perfusion device for liver failure, positioned as the world’s first non-sodium-type high-efficiency bilirubin removal product, capable of whole blood perfusion, and outperforming major domestic and international products in bilirubin and bile acid clearance rates.
The investment logic for these assets is that the products are no longer in the “laboratory stage,” but have entered the period of registration, implementation, and hospital scale-up. Hemoperfusion is a high-frequency treatment scenario for chronic and critical illnesses, with core customer groups including nephrology, blood purification centers, ICUs, and clinical departments related to artificial livers. Once they enter the hospital system, they tend to have strong repurchase attributes and continuous consumable procurement. The team behind the platform has long been deeply engaged in blood purification materials, combining university research accumulation, national project translation experience, and production introduction capabilities, enabling not only individual device registration but also the conditions to further expand into kidney failure, liver failure, and more complex blood purification scenarios.
Externally, the platform not only undertakes import substitution and clinical upgrades for hospitals, but also has the potential to extend to higher-level applications such as artificial livers and portable artificial kidneys. For investors, this is a high-barrier device platform that has obtained Class III certification, has national special endorsements, clearly differentiated clinical performance, and sustained hospital-side demand. Meanwhile, the kidney and liver failure product lines share the same underlying materials and manufacturing systems, helping to shorten the subsequent new product introduction cycle and improve production line utilization and registration efficiency. Once platform-based device assets complete in-hospital validation, they can often scale up through multi-product matrices rather than single SKUs, which is an important source of long-term commercial value.

5. Visual Pulmonary Isolation Combined Dual-Branch

System Project focuses on single-lung ventilation and pulmonary isolation surgery in thoracic surgery, developing a visual pulmonary isolation combined dual-branch system that combines the advantages of dual-lumen bronchial catheters and bronchoopers. The product adopts a split structure for inner and outer tubes, allowing step-by-step or combined insertion. The inner tube depth is adjustable and supports flexible switching between left and right bronchi; The system integrates full-process visualization, dual-channel ventilation and suction, and real-time airbag pressure monitoring, solving problems such as difficulties in traditional dual-lumen tube selection, low right-side positioning success rate, significant airway injury, as well as easy displacement of occluders, slow lung collapse, and inconvenient suction. Both forward and reverse insertion do not affect surgical operation, and the carinae and both sides can be observed simultaneously, making it suitable for routine thoracic surgery, patients with difficult airways, and pulmonary isolation scenarios in primary hospitals.
Multicenter clinical data have verified the product’s operational and safety advantages: the direct blind insertion success rate reached 86.6%, higher than the 63.3% of traditional dual-lumen catheters; The incidence of airway-related adverse events dropped from 26.7% to 6.7%, a decrease of about 74.9%; The average intubation time was reduced from 117.7 seconds to 82.5 seconds, lowering the difficulty of the procedure by about 50%. The project has developed both wired and wireless routes. The current product integrates cameras at the front end of the intubation and covers 28-41Fr specifications. The wireless version under development plans to add WiFi connectivity, carbon dioxide monitoring, and microbiome sampling functions, as well as upgrade TPU and medical silicone materials. The company holds 27 proprietary patents, 3 cooperative patents, 6 under application, has obtained 18 Class II medical device registration certificates, with 5 more pending. Its quality system has passed ISO13485 certification and is advancing the EU MDR.
Domestically, there are about 1.05 million lung surgeries performed annually, of which approximately 95% require single-lung ventilation. The bronchial catheter market size is approximately 3 to 3.3 billion yuan, with a visible product penetration rate of less than 10%, and growth exceeding 50% in the past two years. The product has entered 6 top-tier hospitals, 67 hospitals have completed trial use, and are now listed in the medical insurance network in more than 30 provinces; By the end of 2025, 6,779 units had been sold, with payments totaling 2.25 million yuan. By May 2026, 10,000 units had been delivered, and multiple overseas market cooperation intentions and $17,000 sample order payments were received. The existing production base has a daily capacity of 5,000 units and is promoted through the Sinopharm Device platform and professional agency channels.
The company plans to raise 20 million yuan to cover R&D patents, market channels, and clinical compliance, aiming to cover 200 core hospitals by 2028, achieve cumulative revenue exceeding 80 million yuan, and achieve an expected gross margin of 60%-65%. The project team consists of anesthesia experts from leading thoracic hospitals, production management personnel from international device companies, and professional operations teams, forming a collaborative structure of patent ownership, clinical education, production compliance, and market promotion. Subsequently, it will rapidly scale up with wired products, enhance product prices and international competitiveness with wireless monitoring and AI positioning versions, and expand overseas revenue through export registration.
