Turkmenistan Joins Eurasian Design Patent System

As of Jan 4, 2025, Turkmenistan became a member of the Eurasian Patent Convention. A single EAPO application can now cover 8 countries, including Turkmenistan.

Applications must be in Russian, and can include up to 100 designs of the same class. Validity is 5 years, renewable up to 25 years.
